Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in abrasives or related industries such as paint or surface finishing.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct, manage and coordinate sales functions with distribution and end-users in an assigned territory.
• Provide product demonstrations and training.
• Identify opportunities for new applications and end-users.
• Implement distributor and growth end-user programs.
• Lead promotions and product launch presentations and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on short- and long-term sales strategies.
• Accurate, timely completion of reports and administrative tasks.
