Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Engages in coaching and direction through regular work-withs with SCs (3–5 per week).
• Lead and facilitate district meetings to educate and inspire behavior changes that drive sales.
• Lead Customer Engagement efforts by enabling SCs to offer expanded service options and value-added services.
• Coach, train, and develop associates to achieve consultative selling skills and district objectives.
• Manage territory planning and administrator duties, including CRM planning and forecasting.
