Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 work-withs weekly to coach and guide SCs.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate and inspire behavior changes.
• Direct Customer Engagement to expand service channels and value-added services.
• Utilize CRM for sales planning, prospecting, and customer engagement.
• Coach and train associates to improve consultative selling skills.
