Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC in Bloomington, MN seeks a District Sales Manager to lead performance of Sales Consultants, coach talent, and drive profitable growth through effective district leadership and customer engagement.

You will conduct 3–5 coaching sessions weekly, run Friday meetings to motivate behavior changes, utilize Sysco CRM and CMP/QPP processes, manage territory planning, and support national campaigns while developing top customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
2+ years of profitable foodservice sales growth; 5+ years preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
Coaches and directs weekly work-withs (3–5 SCs per week) to improve performance.
Leads Friday district meetings to educate, inspire and drive behavior changes.
Supports customer engagement through technology enablers and value-added services.
Leverages CRM and Sysco tools for sales planning, forecasting, and daily engagement.
Delivers Sysco brand results and manages conversion opportunities within the district.
Participates in national campaigns and promotions and coaches staff on the Sysco Way to Sell.
