Performance Foodservice Fairfield is seeking a District Sales Manager to oversee the Cincinnati Metro district, based in Fairfield, OH with travel to Cincinnati. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of foodservice sales leadership, supervise street/outside sales teams and drive growth for key accounts.

Responsibilities include selecting and coaching staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships while managing budgets and profitability for the region.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 4-6 years of foodservice sales and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Supervises associates to include staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution; conducts monthly sales meetings.
• Attain targeted sales as determined by business goals and operate department within budgetary guidelines.
• Demonstrate awareness of customer needs and build relationships with customers and vendors to provide timely, accurate assistance.
• Develop and educate sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques and company policies by conducting monthly sales meetings; participate in industry meetings and major account presentations.
• Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely and professional manner; address questions and resolve issues.
• Establish and monitor major account prospect lists and process customer rebates and incentives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
