GRUMA in the United States seeks a Customer Management and Sales District Manager responsible for building strong customer relationships and coordinating sales activities across functions. You will work to maintain accounts and help achieve sales and profit targets in the assigned district.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in business administration and 2–5 years in route sales or sales management, with 50% travel by auto to stores and meetings. English and Spanish skills are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 2–5 years in sales management (DSD / Route Sales).
• Experience in route sales in grocery industry preferred.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and influence others.
• Ability to communicate effectively in oral presentations and writing.
• Ability to make decisions impacting the business.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain customer and distributor relationships.
• Coordinate sales activities with multiple functions.
• Maintain and develop sales accounts.
• Provide input in sales plans.
• Ensure sales and profit targets are achieved.
• Track product performance and opportunities in the district.
• Maintain warehouse areas to meet regulatory standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
