Palm Beach Tan is looking for a motivated Store Manager in Kansas City to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a premier tanning experience.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team, manage inventory, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting revenue targets. This role offers growth opportunities within a nationally recognized brand and a supportive, energetic work culture.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
• Proven track record in sales leadership and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong team-building, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Energetic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations to ensure a top-tier customer experience in a positive and welcoming environment
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets
• Drive membership sales, retail product sales, and revenue growth to meet and exceed store goals
• Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Manage all day to day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies
