Coach is seeking a District Manager to lead Full Price Retail stores across Detroit, Ohio, Indiana, and Pittsburgh, driving sales, operations, and staff development while upholding Coach’s culture and customer service standards.

The role requires 10+ years in upscale retail, 2–4 years as a multi-store manager, and proven ability to communicate with Senior Management, coach teams, and execute district-wide initiatives to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of upscale retail experience with 2–4 years as a district/multi-store manager.
• Ability to communicate issues to Sr. Management and partner on solutions.
• Pro-active problem solver capable of developing action steps.
• Ability to think broadly and consider all perspectives to serve Coach.

Responsabilités

• Lead district to deliver outstanding customer experiences across stores.
• Promote Coach culture, values, and vision with integrity and knowledge.
• Delegate key responsibilities to store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach and develop Multi-Managers/Store Managers on performance and skills.
• Maintain consistent store practices and coach teams to meet sales goals.
• Oversee merchandise planning, inventory accuracy, and product education.
