Qualifications
- 10+ years in upscale retail, 2-4 years as multi-store manager preferred
- Proven ability to communicate with senior management and drive solutions
- Proactive problem-solver with broad perspective and action-oriented mindset
- Experience overseeing multiple stores (Detroit, Ohio, Indiana, Pittsburgh)
Responsibilities
- Lead district store sales, operations, and staff development to maximize profitability
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences across all area stores
- Recruit, coach, and manage Multi-Managers/Store Managers; delegate responsibilities
- Maintain consistent operations and training programs across stores
- Oversee merchandising standards and inventory accuracy across district
