Job summary

Coach is seeking a District Manager for Full Price Retail across Detroit, Ohio, Indiana, and Pittsburgh. The successful candidate will lead sales, operations, and staff development across multiple stores to maximize profitability and ensure customer service excellence.

You will partner with store managers, coach teams, and implement Coach standards and training programs, while upholding our values of integrity and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in upscale retail, 2–4 years as a multi-store manager.
• Ability to communicate key issues to Senior Management and partner on solutions.
• Proactive problem solver capable of identifying and actioning improvements.
• Broad thinker who considers all perspectives to serve Coach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales, operations, and staff development of Full Price Retail stores.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Coach, develop, and mentor multi-store managers to meet district goals.
• Analyze store performance and drive improvements across districts.
