Qualifications

• 10+ years in upscale retail, including 2-4 years as a multi-store manager or equivalent Coach leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, operations, and staff development of Full Price Retail stores to achieve profitability, compliance, and customer service excellence.
• Develop store management teams within district to deliver outstanding customer experiences across all stores.
• Promote Coach culture, values, and vision; communicate and delegate key responsibilities for smooth district operations.
• Provide coaching to store management to improve performance and achieve district goals.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory accuracy, and turnover in district stores; partner with merchandising and planning teams.
