Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. in Boston, MA is seeking a District Manager, Retail Operations to lead multiple stores and drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence. You will coach store managers, recruit talent, and ensure strong financial performance across the district.

You will work closely with corporate teams to rollout merchandising, campaigns, and new openings, while maintaining compliance and high customer experience across New England.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, and expenses.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout the New England market.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail stores to achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operational objectives.
• Coach store managers to strengthen leadership capability, operational execution, and employee engagement.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain top retail talent while building succession plans for future leadership.
• Monitor and improve key business metrics including sales, conversion, AOV, units per transaction, labor productivity, shrink, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
• Oversee ROBO Shop operations and drive sales performance within the territory.
