Job summary

POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a District Manager in Retail Operations based in the Boston area.

You will lead multiple POP MART stores to meet sales, profitability, payroll, and operational goals, while coaching store managers to elevate leadership and execution across the district. You will recruit and develop top retail talent, manage payroll and expenses, and partner with HR on workforce planning to ensure strong performance and succession.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive retail leadership experience.
• 3-5 years of multi-unit retail management across several stores.
• Proven success in developing high-performing store managers and leadership teams.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing sales, payroll, labor, and operating expenses.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple retail stores to achieve sales, profitability, payroll, and operational objectives.
• Coach and mentor store managers to strengthen leadership and execution.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, and retain retail talent with succession plans.
• Monitor key metrics: sales, conversion, AOV, labor productivity, shrink, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure adherence to POP MART visual merchandising, operational, and brand standards.
