Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Louisiana is seeking a Retail District Manager to lead multi-unit retail operations across the district, driving sales, production, and people strategy.

You will coach Store Managers, optimize inventory flow, and ensure financial and operational targets are met while upholding Goodwill's mission and community impact. Regular travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive multi-location leadership.
• Experience in high-volume, metrics-driven operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, hands-on leadership for multiple retail locations.
• Develop Store Managers and drive performance against goals.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and safety.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Drive sales, production, and profitability across districts.
• Balance people leadership with operational excellence and financial accountability.
• Ensure merchandise flow and inventory efficiency.
• Support new store openings and leadership succession.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory.
