You will coach Store Managers, conduct quarterly audits, monitor KPIs and budgets, and lead training and development efforts. This leadership role emphasizes loss prevention, staff performance, and strategic expansion within the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6 years related experience and/or training.
• 5 years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and oversight for Store Managers to meet financial, production, customer service and efficiency objectives.
• Conduct quarterly store audits to verify standards of operations and safety.
• Monitor financial performance and KPIs weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
• Provide training and development for retail store management teams to achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit reports on financial performance, expenses and other critical metrics.
• Hire, train, evaluate performance, and initiate promotions and disciplinary actions.
• Recommend store maintenance, safety, and facility improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain loss prevention standards and oversee cash handling and shrink controls.
• Assist in development of retail expansion plans and new store openings.
• Champion change across the retail enterprise.
