Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Southwestern Michigan is seeking a District Manager to oversee multiple retail stores and donation centers, drive sales, manage inventories, and ensure strong customer service. The role requires daily travel to Southwestern Michigan and leadership of store managers and teams.

You will report to the VP of Retail Operations and lead initiatives to improve profitability, efficiency, and safety across locations while maintaining alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in retail management or leadership is a plus.
• Strong leadership with coaching and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for store teams.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
• Strong understanding of retail sales metrics and budgets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks across multiple locations and adapt.
