CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a District Manager to lead Restaurant Management Teams (General Managers, GMTs/GMITs, Shift Managers) and ensure high performance across operations in our California markets.

You will drive guest satisfaction, financial results, training, and adherence to company policies, while modeling company values and communicating effectively with all levels of management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in restaurant operations
• BA/BS Degree preferred
• Valid Driver's License with DMV report
• Reliable transportation with proof of insurance
• Basic computer knowledge
• Financial/analytical aptitude with budgeting and P&L experience
• Excellent planning and time management
• Team-building skills
• Investigative and problem-solving skills
• Bi-lingual skills a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with process improvement focus

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant management teams to ensure performance across all job descriptions
• Drive guest satisfaction through quality product and service
• Maximize financial performance and profitability
• Ensure compliance with laws, company policies and procedures
• Provide training and develop GM/GMIT and shift leaders
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and company initiatives
• Perform other duties as assigned
