Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin invites applications for a District Programs Specialist at UT High School. You will lead program development, design and deliver professional learning, and support digital learning environments while collaborating with district and university partners.

Responsibilities include marketing and outreach, data analysis, and evaluating program outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a closely related field and 3 years of K–12 teaching or instructional experience.
Experience designing and facilitating professional learning for educators in online, hybrid, or face-to-face settings.
Experience designing instructional materials and online learning experiences using LMS and edtech tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Excel, Google Workspace, LMS, survey tools, databases, and digital file management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve district programs across instructional areas including AP, Gifted Education, Blended Learning, Project-Based Learning, AI, and leadership development.
Develop and implement marketing and communications strategies; create webpages, emails, newsletters, and social content; represent the District at events.
Support digital learning environments, collect and analyze data, and develop reports and dashboards to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders; travel as needed to facilitate programs and present professional learning.
