Job summary

IXL Learning is seeking a Professional Learning Lead to manage a small team of District Partnership Specialists and Professional Learning Specialists in Texas. You will oversee professional development and district implementations to ensure successful adoption and growth of IXL usage.

You will work directly with districts, own some accounts, and travel up to 60% during back-to-school season to support deployments and observe team performance. Excellent communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 2+ years of experience leading a professional development team.
• K-12 teaching experience.
• Strong people management and team development skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Self-starter with a passion for education technology.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Must live near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on statewide Texas initiatives and align implementations.
• Create and maintain a positive culture that drives performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to grow customer relationships in Texas.
