Job summary
The University of Texas at Austin's UT High School seeks a lead Learning Specialist for Science to design online courses, exams, and K-12 credits. You will coordinate support for teachers and partners, ensure TEKS alignment, and supervise online assessments.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in education or science with five years of secondary teaching experience, or a bachelor's with seven years' experience.
- Texas Teacher Certification in high school science and knowledge of TEKS, STAAR, and related standards.
- Experience designing instruction and assessments for high school science courses.
- Online instruction experience and ability to work with TEKS-aligned online materials.
Responsibilities
- Design online courses, final exams, and K-12 credit by exams for UT High School students and partners.
- Provide instructional guidance and coordinate resources, systems, and communication.
- Develop and manage credit by exams and final assessments per TEKS and state rules.
- Monitor student progress, proctor STAAR and AP exams, and support outreach efforts.
