Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Leader, Rx to guide clinical and business excellence across approximately 20 retail pharmacies. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure patient safety while expanding services and programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth. The successful candidate will oversee staffing, budget planning, and performance improvement, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care and market

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
Active Pharmacist license in all applicable states.
5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, retail preferred.
3+ years of people leadership and district-level experience.
Strong communication, time management and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop district Pharmacists, interns and staff across multiple stores.
Set district priorities, staffing plans and talent development.
Drive district performance through metrics, coaching and accountability.
Ensure patient safety, regulatory compliance and accurate reporting.
Grow the business via acquisitions, store openings and partnerships.
