You will coach managers, ensure patient safety, and implement new programs while navigating regulatory requirements and evolving healthcare needs within the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license required for all states in District.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally within a retail setting.
• 3+ years of experience leading others.
• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; able to manage multiple deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district pharmacy operations and patient safety.
• Develop talent pipeline including interns, pharmacists, and staff.
• Set staffing and succession plans with front-store leadership.
• Drive district growth through new services, acquisitions, and store remodels.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and company policies.
