CVS Health in Baton Rouge is seeking a District Leader, Rx to oversee approximately 20 retail pharmacies and a ~200-person team, driving clinical and business excellence with a focus on patient safety and quality. You will coach Pharmacy Managers, deliver on performance goals, and implement strategic plans to grow clinical services while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Active Pharmacist license required.
• 5+ years as a practicing Pharmacist, ideally in retail.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead the market's Pharmacy Managers and pharmacists to deliver care and performance.
• Develop and execute business plans, monitor P&L and operational metrics.
• Ensure staffing, scheduling, and payroll execution aligns with market needs.
• Coach and develop district leadership talent with timely performance reviews.
• Drive patient-centered services and ensure regulatory compliance.
