Job summary

CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) to lead pharmacy teams across stores in the district. You will cover pharmacist scheduling gaps, support the Pharmacy Manager, and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and excellent patient care.

Travel within the district to fill shifts, mentor staff, and uphold safety, compliance, and quality standards. Active pharmacist license and ability to travel are required, with a strong focus on teamwork and community care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist with pharmacy workflow and ensure safe, accurate dispensing.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and support the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy duties.
• Coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care.
