Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across stores in the district, under the guidance of the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader. You will help oversee pharmacy operations and support team performance to ensure accurate dispensing and patient safety.

The role requires active pharmacist licensure in the state, an active NPI, and willingness to travel within a reasonable radius.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is required.
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by Pharmacy Manager and Rx DL.
• Support pharmacy teams across stores in the district to ensure accurate dispensing and patient safety.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing needs.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist with training completion within designated timeframes.
