• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and oversee pharmacy operations.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Lead the pharmacy team during shifts and ensure patient safety and privacy.
