Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI) is current and valid.
• Not listed on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Support pharmacy team with patient counseling, immunizations, and insurance issues.
• Serve as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts.
• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
