Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required trainings within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and safe dispensing.
• Support immunizations and counseling as part of patient care.
• Assist in managing pharmacy inventory and workflow.
