Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) for a part-time role across stores in the district. You will cover pharmacist scheduling gaps, support pharmacy operations, and ensure safe and effective dispensing in collaboration with the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader.

The role requires active state licensure, an active NPI, and willingness to travel within the district. Anticipated weekly hours are 15, with part-time pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Oversee the pharmacy and serve as the Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts.
• Assist with safe and accurate prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, and immunization practices.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, CVS Health policies, privacy, and controlled substance dispensing.
• Perform Pharmacy Manager day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
