Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of related work experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager during bench shifts.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guardrails.
• Support immunizations and clinical care such as testing and prescribing services where permissible.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws, CVS Health policies, and patient privacy requirements.
