Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care.
• Oversee pharmacy operations when Pharmacy Manager is unavailable.
• Assist with immunizations where permissible and coaching of staff.
