Job summary

CVS Health seeks a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, under the guidance of the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader. You will support multiple stores in the district, helping to manage the pharmacy team and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.

The role involves traveling within the district, stepping in for the Pharmacy Manager when needed, immunization delivery, and collaboration with the healthcare team to improve patient

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district.
• Assist in managing, oversight and operation of the pharmacy and pharmacy team.
• Deliver immunizations and pharmacological care where permissible; support patient care journeys.
• Assist in inventory management with emphasis on cold chain products.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state laws, CVS Health policies, and patient privacy standards.
