Job summary

Region 4 Education Service Center in Houston seeks a Performance Management Coach to build district leadership capacity by aligning district systems with high-impact strategies and advancing student outcomes through data-driven performance management.

You will partner with the Texas Strategic Leadership initiative, LIFT, and TEA, providing technical assistance, conducting diagnostic analyses, developing actionable dashboards, and supporting area superintendents and central office staff to

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field.
• Principal certification preferred.
• 10 years of education and leadership with at least 5 years as principal or district leadership.
• Experience with Texas education data (attendance, accountability, assessment, PEIMS).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization software.

Responsibilities

• Lead EDF-aligned diagnostic data evidence gathering and analysis.
• Create data visuals and storytelling outputs for district leadership.
• Co-prepare and facilitate diagnostic and strategic planning with TSL/LIFT.
• Organize knowledge management systems and support operations/logistics.
• Manage inputs, outputs, and outcomes to achieve district strategic goals.
• Collaborate with area superintendents and central office leaders.
• Report barriers and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
