Job summary

Learning Care Group is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to drive enrollment growth across a defined district and support tours, family engagement, and enrollment execution. The role requires coordinating with school leaders and marketing to optimize enrollment outcomes.

The position involves up to 50% local travel and on-site presence for tours, with a focus on delivering high-quality family experiences and meeting enrollment goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Education or service industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide enrollment support at assigned schools, including on-site tours.
• Manage leads with strong organization and timely follow-up.
• Support and conduct tours for prospective families.
• Oversee enrollment workflow from inquiry to registration and payment.
• Use CRM to track pipeline and drive enrollment volume.
• Coach school Directors on enrollment conversations and follow-up.
• Market and position schools based on family feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of state childcare enrollment policies.
