Job summary

Impact Fire Services, a nationwide fire protection leader, is hiring a District Payroll Coordinator to manage weekly payroll processing, time imports, and reimbursements across district offices. You’ll ensure accurate payouts, respond to inquiries, and support HR initiatives at the district level.

We seek at least 2 years of payroll experience with systems such as UltiPro/UKG, ADP or Dayforce, strong Excel skills, and a detail‑driven, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with integrated payroll systems (Ultipro/UKG, Workday, ADP, Dayforce, Paylocity, etc.).
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with accuracy and strong MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process District payroll and related reimbursements with high weekly adjustments and accurate time imports.
• Weekly payroll review, reconciliation and authorization.
• Code hours to projects to track job costs for District needs.
• Assist with migration of time tracking systems (ADP/Dayforce/Wensoft).
• Respond to payroll inquiries regarding discrepancies and owed pay.
