Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking a District Supervisor, Patient Access Coordination to lead access operations across the Charlotte area clinics. The role oversees hiring, training, scheduling, and performance of Patient Access Coordinators, ensuring consistent workflows and patient-first service.

Responsibilities include overseeing referral coordination, scheduling, and front-end readiness across all district clinics, while driving KPIs and process improvements with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in patient access, care coordination, or outpatient healthcare operations.
• Supervisory experience in patient access or medical front office.
• Experience with Epic or similar EHR platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, staff, train, schedule, and evaluate Patient Access Coordinators within the district.
• Oversee day-to-day referral coordination, scheduling, and front-end readiness across clinics.
• Monitor compliance with benefit verification, authorization, and scheduling prerequisites.
• Coordinate with regional leaders to address operational gaps and implement standardized workflows.
• Provide training and development for Patient Access Coordinators.
• Report district KPIs and support local change management for new tools and processes.
