The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or equivalent and experience in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. This is a full-time position, supporting our TPC team from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a medical office or healthcare setting supporting referral coordination.
• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Experience working with payer authorization or referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the centralized referral authorization function.
• Supervise referral team members, including scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance management.
• Monitor quality metrics, including rework rates and audit findings.
