Job summary

Gulfshoresal is seeking a District Enforcement Specialist to manage parking operations, enforce ordinances, and support district services within the Northgate District. The role requires interaction with citizens, coordination with multiple departments, and participation in special events.

Responsibilities include issuing citations, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring safe, orderly district operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work Texas A&M University home football games and other special events as identified.

Responsibilities

Perform parking operations within the district, including monetary/financial tasks, staffing pay stations and gates, and general maintenance.
Enforce parking regulations by issuing citations and removing illegally parked vehicles as needed.
Provide district services such as refuse collection, upkeep of common areas, and graffiti removal.
Assist in planning, production, and execution of special events within the district (vendor relations, street closures, logistics, entertainment coordination).
Coordinate with municipal departments and engage with citizens/visitors to address questions and feedback.
Perform other duties including coordinating work for community workers.
