Responsibilities

• Perform parking operations within the district, including monetary/financial functions, staffing pay stations and gates, and general maintenance of parking assets.
• Enforce parking ordinances by issuing citations and removing illegally parked vehicles as needed.
• Provide district services such as refuse collection, upkeep of common areas, and nuisance removal.
• Assist in planning and supporting special events in the district, including vendor relations, street closures, logistics, and site preparation.
• Coordinate with other municipal departments and interact with the public to address questions and feedback regarding district assets, operations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including supervising community workers.
