Job summary

Irby Utilities is seeking a District Manager to oversee the P&L for the district, including all branch and warehouse locations. You will direct sales and operations teams, set strategic direction, and execute goals in alignment with Regional Leadership. You will report to a VP of Sales & Operations for Irby Utilities.

Regular travel with sales staff to customer sites, lead talent development, hire district leaders, and manage vendor relationships to drive market share and profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales and/or operations leadership experience.
• Proven developer of people and strong talent acquisition skills.
• Excellent relationship builder with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
• Experience leading districts or large P&L responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the district's sales and operations teams to meet and exceed targets.
• Travel with sales staff to client locations to maintain relationships and review performance.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to drive long‑term utility business strategy and results.
• Oversee district budgeting, forecasts, and inventory to support customer service.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate district managers, outside sales, and specialists.
