You will travel with the sales staff, build vendor relationships, and ensure inventory, budgets, and forecasts align with corporate goals while developing talent and succession plans.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years sales and/or operations leadership experience.

• Advanced MS Office and Excel skills.

• Travel regularly with Sales staff to customer locations to maintain relationships and evaluate performance.
• Lead district sales and operations steering toward growth and profitability.
• Develop and execute district business plans and budgets.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to implement strategy and drive results.
• Hire and train Outside Sales, Outside Specialists, and Branch Managers.
• Monitor pricing and coordinate with vendors and purchasing for loading in systems.
