Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across retail pharmacy, home care, clinics, and other business units within the district. Provides coaching and guidance to Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers, driving patient health outcomes and ensuring brand excellence.

Responsible for customer experience, merchandising, and regulatory compliance while traveling within the district to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience in retail.
• Five or more years of retail management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 85%.
• Licensed pharmacy technician or RPh as required by state law (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Executes the One Plan strategy to ensure consistent customer experience and coaches teams accordingly.
• Leads district execution of front end and pharmacy initiatives, partnering with DPS and RVP.
• Coaches Store and Pharmacy Managers to drive performance and engagement.
• Manages staffing, payroll and resource allocation to support district operations.
