Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD from an accredited school.
• 3 years of retail pharmacy management experience.
• Active pharmacist license in the US or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Willing to obtain Immunization Certification within 6 months.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Pharmacy Managers and staff across district.
• Review district KPIs and develop improvement plans.
• Lead talent recruitment and development for pharmacy teams.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and policies, patient safety.
