Job summary

World Finance is seeking a District Manager to oversee assigned offices and manage day-to-day operations to ensure goals, policies, and performance standards are met.

The role requires interviewing, hiring and training staff, travel within the district and nationwide up to 10%, and enforcement of policy, safety, and underwriting procedures. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel within district and nationally up to 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire and train new associates.
• Develop managerial reserve and potential supervisor candidates.
• Maintain turnover at acceptable levels.
• Enforce adherence to policy and underwriting procedures.
• Ensure district-wide compliance with safety, security, and cash-handling controls.
• Travel nationally up to 10% and visit branches regularly.
• Promote all products including Tax Preparation.
