Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation seeks a District Manager to oversee offices, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure performance standards are met. You will interview, hire and train associates, monitor compliance, and control costs while promoting Tax Preparation products across branches.

Extensive regional travel is required to support the district. Qualifications include 2+ years in branch management, ability to obtain insurance licenses, and a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a branch or district effectively.
• Ability to obtain licensing to sell insurance products.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training new associates.
• Develop managerial reserve and potential supervisor candidates.
• Maintain turnover at acceptable levels and enforce safety/cash handling controls.
• Enforce adherence to policy and underwriting procedures.
• Ensure district-wide compliance with safety, security and emergency procedures.
• Promote all products including Tax Preparation.
