Job summary

World Acceptance Corporation seeks a District Manager to oversee multiple offices and ensure operational goals and policies are met. You will interview, hire, train, and develop associates, manage turnover, and enforce underwriting procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a branch or district in financial services.
• Ability to travel within district and nationally up to 10%.
• Proven ability to lead teams and ensure policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring and training new associates.
• Develop managerial reserve and potential supervisor candidates.
• Maintain turnover at acceptable levels.
• Enforce adherence to policy and underwriting procedures.
• Ensure district-wide compliance with safety, security, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain internal audits to 80% satisfactory or better.
• Complete written office documentation monthly on each branch during regular visits to branches.
• Complete periodic written visitations.
• Keep expenses within acceptable ranges, not to exceed 3% growth per year in established branches.
• Regional or national travel to branch locations as required for business purposes.
