Recap promotional activity and report business opportunities, trends and competitive information.
Control costs by educating managers on procedures for merchandise variation, salaries, overtime and cash handling.
Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
Provide feedback to category managers on stock issues and vendor performance.
Lead store operations to be profitable; forecast requirements and assist with budgeting.
Recruit, onboard and train store managers; coach for issue resolution and performance.
