Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of retail management experience or HS diploma with 7 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician credentials per state requirements.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% of the time within district and state boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead district operations for front end and pharmacy, driving execution with Store Managers and Pharmacy Managers.
• Drive customer experience improvements and ensure brand consistency across the district.
• Coach managers, manage staffing, and optimize merchandising and inventory strategies.
• Oversee district budgeting, performance metrics, and business planning with senior leadership.
• Develop community relationships and support local initiatives through district events.
