Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Store Manager or experienced operating leader to supervise front-end and pharmacy operations, recruit and mentor staff, and drive overall store performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager, oversee customer service, merchandising, and cash handling, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage diverse teams across front-end and pharmacy operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent; LEAP program or Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks for eligible candidates.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Experience in supervisory roles and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervises customer service associates and front-end/store operations to drive sales and profitability.
Manages staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management of team members.
Collaborates with Store Manager and District leadership to implement store strategies and initiatives.
Monitors customer experience and resolves complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
Oversees inventory, cash handling, and adherence to policies and procedures.
Ensures safety, compliance with laws, and proper use of technology systems.
