Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state or licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from District Manager position start date (external candidates)
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to travel 85% percent of the time for business purposes (within district)
• Willing to travel up to/at least 85% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Executes the One Plan strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence of customer experience.
• Coaches Store Managers to drive executional excellence in pharmacy operations and supports pharmacy programs and initiatives.
• Develops and organizes community events, and builds relationships with key community organizations.
• Manages operator performance, payroll expenses, and staffing resources in line with district goals.
